Truck rollover closed 400 southbound ramp to westbound 401

The 400 southbound ramp to the 401 westbound reopened Monday afternoon after a dump truck flipped, dumping its load of garbage across the highway.

The incident happened at around 9am.

Crews spent most of the day cleaning up the mess and managed to get things opened up just before the peak afternoon rush.

Heavy delays remain in place due to the incident. Plan your route accordingly.
